Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with: chronic or fresh open wounds that require intermittent vacuum sealing therapy for further wound conditioning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intolerances to the dressings of the vacuum seal bandage. tumor wounds critical limb ischemia open abdominal wounds

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Daily examination of the rinse liquid on: Blood count, enzymes, interleukins, growth factors, electrolytes, pH, hormones and assessment of the individual course.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of wound healing and primary endpoint progression with microbiological colonization of the wound.
