Group 1: Patient starts with Ada Chatbot and uses Rheport afterwards. Group 2: Patient starts with Rheport first and uses Ada Chatbot afterwards.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients speaking fluently English or German without diagnosis of current symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusing or not being able to participate in study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Diagnostic accuracy of Ada and Rheport concerning inflammatory rheumatic diseases. To evaluate this outcome the diagnosis results of both tools are compared to the final diagnosis of the rheumatologist after the completed visit.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Evaluation of suggested next steps • Evaluation of Usability • previous usage of ressources to evaluate symptoms (internet, doctor visits) • time from symptom onset until time seen by a rheumatologist
