Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MRT detection of a nucleus pulposus prolapse of the lumbar spine Radicular symptom duration up to 12 weeks Radicular leg problems present Agreement to participate in the study Exclusion criteria do not apply

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years, lack of consent, not meeting the inclusion criteria, Pregnancy, known chronic pain patients, History of Implantation of material in the area of the Disc herniation, History of surgery of the lumbar spine in the last 6 months before study enrollment, Refusal to participate in the study, language barrier/lack of understanding

Oswestry Disability Index at 6 months after the start of the intervention
