Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Only Students - Age: min. 18 years - Sufficient knowledge of the German language - Access to computer with audio and internet - Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe physical illness - Pregnancy - Diagnosed psychological disorder in the last 24 months

| Perceived Stress is the main outcome for this study. The construct will be measured with the Perceived-Stress-Questionnaire (PSQ-20; Levenstein et al., 1993; Fliege et al., 2005) as well as the Perceived-Stress-Scale (PSS-10; Cohen, Karmarck & Mermelstein, 1983; Klein et al., 2016). The Scales will be used for baseline measurement before the yoga-intervention (T0), one week after the last class (T1) and six weeks later (T2). | — |
