Group 1: The parents of the children in the Intervention group apply every day at home, in the morning, for six weeks the Kneipp arm affusions.
Group 2: The control group does nothing.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children at the age of 3-6 years, that at least had once fever in the last six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Substantial immunodeficiency (AIDS, chemotherapy etc.). Severe chronic illness, chronic cough, chronic respiratory disease, chronic fever spurts, mediterranean fever (FMF), Asthma, contemporaneous participation in another Study, pronounced wound healing disorders on the arms. Children with acute (feverish) infections.
