Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: dislocated proximal humeral fractures (according to Neer criteria: more than 1 cm dislocation or fragment angulation greater 45°)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study rejection, Under 18 years old, Non-statutory independent person, Dementia, Non-command of written or spoken language, Previous fracture of the proximal humerus, Alcoholism or drug use, Other injuries to the same proximal humerus requiring surgery, Existing Neven injuries (ie N Radial o. N. axillary), known rotator cuff tear, Status after Bicepstenotomy on the same humerus, open fracture, polytrauma, other medical condition of the patient excluding a surgical treatment
