Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18-35 years who were planning pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with a medical diagnosis (cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorders, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypothyroidism etc.), with history of hysterectomy or tubal ligation, any other causes of infertility and who were single/divorced/widowed were not included.

| The mean score of preconceptional knowledge and attitude was 104±19.6 (min-max=66-168) and lifestyle behaviors score was 128±12.2 (min-max=92-170) before the intervention.
