Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young healthy male athletes (18-40 years) or weak elderly men (65-90 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable cardiac disease fresh fracture thromboembolism acute infection severe asthma uncontrolled diabetes severe vertigo
