Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: at least 18 years’ old, low to moderate level of mindfulness, having internet access, Student status, Ability to read and understand English, giving consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: currently being part of another mindfulness course

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mindfulness will be measured with Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory before (T0) and 8 week after (T1) the randomization.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety(GAD-7), Personality (BFI-10), Stress (PSS-4), Depression (PHQ-8), Well-being (WHO-5), Presenteeism (SPS), 8. Client Satisfaction (ZUF-8), Adherence (the number of completed modules) und Acceptance (self developed questionnaire), Risks and Negative effects (modified Version of INEP); Data collection before (T0) and 8 Weeks after (T1) Randomization
