Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reliable diagnosis of malignant melanoma, mCRC or NSCLC; Need for a regular therapy-related pleural puncture; BRAF-V600 mutation already detected by NGS procedure in the primary tumor; Signed informed consent form
