Interventions

Group 1: All patients after hearttransplantation, who participate in this trail receive MRI 2-4 weeks, 3-4 month and one year after HTX. The Results will be correlated to the routine echocardiographie

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inhouse HTX, cardiorespiratory stable conditions, cooperative child who does not need sedativa, child or young adult (max. age 20 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: claustrophobia, implantation of metall that is not compatible with MRI, lack of consent
