Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Foreign-trained nurses - Being over the age of 18 - have obtained a recognised qualification in nursing in another country and are working as a nurse in the receiving country - or as nurses who have obtained a recognised qualification in nursing in another country but have not yet obtained a (full) registration to practice in the receiving country - Having a contract with either the University Hospital Heidelberg or the Thoraxklinik at University Hospital Heidelberg - Content to participate - Written and spoken German and/or English language skills Host nurses - Being over the age of 18 - Having obtained a recognised qualification in nursing in Germany or having obtained a recognised qualification in nursing another country but have been working as nurse in the German healthcare sector for more than five years - Having a contract with either the University Hospital Heidelberg or the Thoraxklinik at University Hospital Heidelberg - Content to participate - Written and spoken German and/or English language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Foreign-trained nurses who did not content to participate or who are not able to content to participate - Foreign-trained nurses who do not fulfil the inclusion specific criteria - Foreign-trained nurses who have been recruited before the 01.01.2017 - Student nurses - Nurses who did not content to participate or who are not able to content to participate - Nurses who do not fulfil the inclusion specific criteria
