Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DMEK group: male or female; > 18 years of age; phakic or pseudophakic; diagnosis of Fuchs endothelial dystrophy or corneal endothelial failure - indication for DMEK PKP group: male or female; > 18 years of age; phakic or pseudophakic; diagnosis of corneal diseases or scars - indication for penetrating keratoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of penetrating or lamellar keratoplasty; indication for HLA-typed keratoplasty; patient not able to participate in the study
