Interventions

Group 1: Evaluation of preoperative (clinical, laboratory, pathological parameters, dynamic liver function) and intraoperative predictors for long-term survival and recurrence.

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with first diagnosis HCC without extrahepatic metastases who habe undergone curative liver resection 2. Age 18-100 years 3. patients with at least one dynamic liver functions test (LiMAx-Test, ICG-PDR)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had liver resection before with significant impact on liver function 2. Patients with cancer apart from HCC 3. Patients who received preoperative treatment with significant impact on liver function (e.g. chemotherapy) 4. intraoperative additional therapy except liver resection
