Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main target: extent of quality of life (QOLS) and neurological status after at least 5 years (mRS). Determination of the target values ??based on: 1. At the time of the event - 2. after at least 6 months - 3. currently (after at least 5 years) - self-produced questionnaire (I.) based on Lampert, Thomas, et al. In this questionnaire, health-influencing parameters are also queried, such as sports activities, smoking status and alcohol consumption of the patient. - QOLS Questionnaire (I.a) in German translation from Offenbacher et al. - Modified Rankin Scale [6]. (Scale from 0-6, interpretation / classification based on the patient's history) - Neurological examination sheet - PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire, Patient Health Sheet Depression Module).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome measures: To identify risks and prognostic factors that could affect quality of life and clinical outcome. Prognostic factors: - Age at first diagnosis and current age - Gender - Infratentorial vs. Supratentorial bleeding - WFNS (World Federation or Neurosurgical Societies) - Intracerebral Hemorrhage Volume - Spetzler Martin degree (AVM localization, size, venous drainage) - Type of bleeding (SAB, ICB, IVH) - AVM associated aneurysms - Therapy type (OP, Endo, Gamma Knife) or therapy / no therapy - Socio-economic status (SES) according to Lampert and Kroll [5] (self-produced questionnaire based on the parameters used in the study: age, gender, region, nationality, education, occupation, income, household characteristics) - Neurological examination sheet - depressive syndromes (PHQ-9, depression module of the patient's health bow)
