Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is physical activity. This is continuously captured by app-internally stored step counts per day and captured using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) to baseline, half, completion, and 2/4/6/12 months after completion of the programme. The GPAQ can be used to provide average MET (Metabolic Equivalents) minutes per week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are: - Self-efficacy (motivational, maintenance and recovery self-efficacy) using questionnaires at baseline, halfway through, at completion, 2/4/6/12 months after completion of programme - Health-related quality of life using the Short Form Health Survey 8 (SF-8) at baseline, halfway through, at completion, 2/4/6/12 months after program completion - User behaviour with the help of internal system data (use of individual app components) and a questionnaire that is sent at the end of the program or in the event of early dropout. This questionnaire contains the Usability Experience Questionnaire short (UEQs), as well as self formulated questions about problems and experiences with the app.
