Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age 18 to 40 years - regular running - 10 km time under 55 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy/ nursing period - participation in other trials - severe cardiovascular or orthopedic diseases

Running Economy (mean Vo² during 4 minutes of running at 10, 12, 14 km/h treadmill speed, respectively)
