Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: - Minimum age 18 years - A change in the total sperm count deviating from the reference value is used as absolute inclusion criterion - Most recent spermiogram a maximum of three months ago
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria - Daily nicotine consumption of more than 10 cigarettes - Daily alcohol consumption; occasional alcohol consumption does not have a verifiable effect on the spermatozoa - Drug or medication addiction - Acute prostatitis - Surgical removal of the prostate or the testes - Prostatic cancer or testicular cancer and chemotherapy or radiation therapy within the past 2 years - Medical treatment with antidepressants, calcium channel blockers, anti-retroviral medication, anti-epileptic drugs and alpha-blockers during the past three month - Vasectomy - Necrozoospermia - Aspermia - Azoospermia
