Group 1: Cohort study
patients with cancer cachexia
pre-operation discussion and anamnesis
during surgery: blood collection, fat, liver and muscle tissue sampling
after surgery: follow-up for weight data after 3, 6 and 12 months Group 2: patients without cachexia
