Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over 18 years fetal position breech greater pregnancy week 36 diagnosed by Ultrasound less than or equal to Pregnancy Day 273 (39+0 SSW) Pregnancy of singleton Knowledge of the German language normal fetal development Amniotic fluid normal (single deepest pocket 2-8 cm or amniotic fluid index 8-21 cm) informed consent Form is signed by proband

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: over 48 years Previous osteopathic treatment in this pregnancy Premature rupture of membrane, known uterine malformations Premature contractions vaginal bleeding of unknown origin Gestoses (preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome) Sectio Indication (e.g. placenta praevia, maternal pelvic abnormalty)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Position of the child at the beginning of birth. Time of determination: postpartum. Survey by interviewing the mother.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
health-related quality of life, measured with the Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36) one week after intervention as a self-evaluation questionnaire in the paper and pencil procedure. Anxiety, measured with the State Trait Anxiety Depression Inventory (STADI) directly after intervention and one week later as self-evaluation questionnaire in the paper and pencil procedure.
