Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of acute or chronic low back pain (relevant ICD-10 M42 or M50 to M54), health insured by BARMER
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in a selective agreement with the same diagnosis in the previous year, medical rehabilitation measures due to the back pain diagnosis in the previous year, existing care degree
