Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of acute or chronic low back pain (relevant ICD-10 M42 or M50 to M54), health insured by BARMER

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in a selective agreement with the same diagnosis in the previous year, medical rehabilitation measures due to the back pain diagnosis in the previous year, existing care degree

MeasureTime frame
The overall aim of this research study is a health economic assessment of a treatment program consisting of the concept of multimodal pain therapy for patients with back pain (carried out within an integrated care program) compared to routine care.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Health economic outcome (intervention vs. control group): work disability, hospitalization rate, costs, utilization of health care services; Patient outcome (only intervention group): NRS, finger-floor-distance, restrictions of ADLs, resilience restrictions, results of tergumed measurements
