Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Immediate or secondary, unilateral DIEP flap reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI = 35 kg/m2; ASA score = 3; DIEP flap harvest on medial and lateral perforators at a time

Measure	Time frame
The percentage weight of insufficiently perfused tissue relative to the total weight of each flap depending on the perforator location (medial versus lateral row perforator) is assessed intraoperatively.	—
