Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for study locations are: - Willingness to participate in the study regardless of randomization to the intervention or waitlist control arm - Willingness to complete three questionnaires (applicable to intervention group, waitlist control group and cluster participants) Eligible criteria for employees who want to take part in one module are: - Age: 18-70 years old, - Written informed consent, - Sufficient German language skills to fill out the questionnaires

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The change in the total score of the Irritation scale according to Mohr et al. (2005) from baseline (T0) to 11 months after baseline (T2*) between the intervention and waitlist control group.

Secondary

Main secondary outcomes - Change in the World-Health Organization Well-Being Index (WHO-5) from T0 to T2* between the intervention and the waitlist control group. - Change in Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC-12) from T0 to T2* between the intervention and the waitlist control group. Further secondary outcomes: - Change in the total score of the Irritation Scale from T0 to 6 months after baseline (T1*) as well as the changes from T0 to T2* and T0 to T1* for both subscales between the intervention and the waitlist control group. - The change in scores from T0 to T2*, as well as from T0 to T1*, between the intervention and the waitlist control group of the following: - World Health Organization Well-Being Index (WHO-5 Well-Being Index, Topp et al., 2015) - Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC-12, 12 items, G. B. Hall et al., 2010) - Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale – Short version (ERI; 10 items, Siegrist et al., 2009) - Work Analysis Instrument for Hospitals – Self-Report Version (Tätigkeits- und Arbeitsanalyseverfahren für das Krankenhaus; TAA-KH-S; Glaser, 1997): Two subscales: (1) scope of action (shortened from 9 to 3 items); (2) temporal overload (3 items). - Questionnaire on integrative leadership (FIF; 24 items Rowold & Poethke, 2017): In this study, module A in its self-assessment for leaders and its external assessment for subordinates will be used. - Short version of the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale (SOSES; 6 items, Rigotti et al., 2008) - Top Management Evaluation Sheet (only for top management) Organizational indicators on individual/participant level: - Job satisfaction (Fischer & Lück, 2001; 8 items) - Employer attractiveness (Bruhn et al., 2013; 5 items) - Presentism (Preisendörfer, 2010) - Intention to leave (Simon et al., 2005; 1 item) - Recommendation (modified version of Reichheld, 2003; “How likely is it that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?“) - Absenteeism (modified version of Caverley et al., 2
