Group 1: In pregnant women, prostaglandin receptor status in the cervix uteri and prostaglandin levels and markers of glucose metabolism in the blood are determined shortly before and during birth.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant, nullipara, no pathologies of cervix uteri, ages 18-42 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cervical insufficiency in this pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, planned primary cesarean section, multiparous, premature rupture of membranes before 37 + 0 weeks of pregnancy, known cervical dysplasia, known cervical carcinoma, earlier conization of the cervix
