Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of CRPS (Budapest criteria) in chrionic stadium (>6months) in an upper limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe mental disorder abuse of drugs severe paresis of the affected Hand nerve damage at affected hand contraindications for TMS and fMRI: -Epilepsia, metallic implants, pacemaker,

Pain intensity (visual analogue scale, after the 6 weeks training period)

Activation in areas processing discriminatory aspects of pain -fMRI Activity in the right intraparieltal sulcus (ISP), primary sensorimotor cortex contralateral to the affected hand, subcortical structures (putamen, ncl subthalamicus, ncl accumbens, thalamus), left lateral orbitofrontal sulcus during a mental rotation fMRI-task Association between finger-representation (fmRI) and sensory-motor function at affected side Intracortical inhibition at affected Hemisphere (TMS) sensory threshold (Freyhair-filamente), spatial tactil resolution (Domes), two-point discrimination threshold (wheel-discriminator) at fingertips of both hands Daily-use of the affected Hand (Accelerometer) self-reported usage of the hand (Dash-questionaire)
