Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy male students, aged 19 – 30 years, right-handed, physically active = 3 sessions a week, BMI: 20 - 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI 30, colour-blindness, uncorrected vision, neurological, cardiovascular or pulmonary disorder

Analysis of the effect of two acute exercise protocols (moderate and high intensity interval training) on cognitive performance (memory, attention, executive functions). Cognitive performance was at all three sessions: attention: d2-R (paper-pencil task), memory/executive functions: stroop task and TMT-B (computer based). testing took place: session 1: after being sedentary for 10 minutes session 2/3: 10 minutes after acute exercise session (experimental groups), after being sedentary for 10 minutes (control group)
