Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? primary diagnosis of Tourette’s disorder (F95.2) or a chronic motor/vocal tic disorder (F95.1) ? tics occur in the domestic setting and can be audiovisual observed ? at least moderate severity of tic symptoms, as measured by the YGTSS Total Tic Score >13 for patients with Tourette’s disorder and >9 for children with motor or vocal tics only ? children receiving tic medication were allowed to participate if the dosage had been stable for at least 1 month without any planned changes during study participation ? CBT and HRT are indicated ?patients and parents agree with HRT via online-coaching (informed consent) ? patients have Wi-Fi at home
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pervasive developmental disorder, Personality disorder, Psychosis or other preliminary disorder ? IQ <=79 ? Changes which indicate an inpatient treatment
