Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age between 18 and 65 years • employment in the delivery room as a midwife or independent midwife, • employment in a delivery room as an employed gynaecologist or obstetrician in an obstetrics department • after completion of professional qualification = 1 year passed • good understanding and ability to speak German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: = 2 years have passed since the practical activity
