Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - waitlisted for kidney transplantation - end stage renal disease of unknown origin (including missing renal histology and/or unspecific renal histology, e.g. glomerulosclerosis, thrombotic microangiopathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: missing consent for study participation
