Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: =18 years Myocardial infarction (NSTEMI or STEMI) 7-15 months before inclusion Written informed consent for participation in observational study Not simultaneously participating in any randomized trial No explicit medical exclusion criteria are stated to avoid selection bias.
