Inclusion criteria: 18 to 65 years old, German Language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute back pain, trauma or surgery at the spine or rib cage area, osteoporosis, adipositas (BMI higher than 30), diseases of the blood vessels, the circulation, the nervous system, hypercholesterinaemie, arterial hypertension, diabetes, smoking, medication use
