Interventions

Group 1: Patients undergoing Sleeve Gastrectomy to treat morbid obesity will be examined regarding the weight loss and the associated comorbidities 5 years after the operation.

18 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obesity, Classification I-III (BMI>30kg/m²), preexisting for at least 5 years with severe comorbidities 2. Attempted weight loss through conservative methods for at least 6 months with unseccessful results 3. Patients' aggrement for follow up tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger as 18 years 2. Patients with a BMI <30kg/m² 3. Patients with psycological problems or alcohol/drug addiction
