Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Able to give informed consent as documented by signature; age 8 to 14 years; preterm birth (<32 weeks of gestation); right hand dominance; corrected-to or normal vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: regular participation in martial arts within 3 months prior to the intervention; any acute or chronic disease, which is classified as a contraindication for exercise and/ or which impairs the practicability of the scheduled exercise session, as for example birth deformities, congenital heart defect, cerebral palsy GMFCS level III-V; any injury or disease affecting the functionality of the right hand; structural epilepsy; Intelligence quotient <85.
