Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participation in a routine health examination (U9: 5-6 years, U10: 7-8 years, U11: 9-10 years) - Written informed consent of the child and an informed consent of at least one (Solo) legal guardian - SDQ subscale emotional problems score between 3 and 5 and / or SDQ subscale behavioural abnormalities score between 4 and 6 - availability of at least one parent / legal guardian to participate in the prevention program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - a mental disorder within the spectrum of internalizing / externalizing disorders according to ICD-10, based on meaningful findings not older than 6 months - unstable medication or current psychotherapeutic treatment - acute suicidality - Age of the child 10 years

Measure	Time frame
Quantitative measures include subjective reports of children and parents on a dimensional and categorial level, supplemented by qualitative interviews in parents, pediatricians and trainers of the prevention programs. Primary outcome measures are participation rates, adherence, motivation and drop-out rates. The period from 01/09/2019 to 30/09/2021 is planned for the data collection.	—

Secondary outcome measures include information on behavioural and psychological development (SDQ), use of health care services, quality of life and level of functioning. (Parent reports: SDQ, CBCL/4-18, KINDL, DISYPS III- FBB SSV, CES, HLS, PMI, AQ, family climate, DEAPQ, SCL, SSQ, ESF, SCARED, RIBI) (Children's Self Report: SCARED-D, KINDL, CES, Koala Fear Questionnaire, IDS). The period from 01/09/2019 to 30/09/2021 is planned for the data collection.	—
