Interventions

Group 1: Over a defined study period, all consecutive cases were recorded and analyzed retrospectively. Were compared - demographic and patient, local and treatment-associated care aspects. This inclu
- perioperative morbidity, hospital mortality and - 5-year survival rate Representative international data from the literature were also included.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Local findings-associated or iatrogenic vascular alteration in the context of surgical or interventional interventions of the visceral-surgical, partly highly specialized surgical profile - It is a 10-year investigation period (01 January 1999 to 31 December 2008), in which all consecutive adult cases with vascular surgery aspects of visceral surgery were recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visceral surgery in the absence of vascular surgery problem constellations

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Description of the treatment aspects (resection and revision Op rate, achieved tumor safety margin, R0 resection rate, adjacent body entrainment, blood loss, transfusion requirement, ITS and postoperative treatment duration), - Influence of patient and tumor findings (eg demographic study data such as age, gender, risk factors, preoperative diagnostic profile, hospital and ITS length of stay, TNM classification, vascular infiltration, aging) on postoperative morbidity (rebleeding, anastomotic leakage, thrombosis / embolism, wound abscess, intraabdominal abscess, seroma formation, adrenal gland, pancreatic fistula, residual pancreatitis) and lethality.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative long-term oncosurgical outcome (5-year survival / tumor recurrence rate / progression-free survival and overall survival)
