Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Actual diagnosis with localization of the fracture: A new, retrospective evaluation of the radiological diagnosis and control of possible errors in the location of the fracture localization was carried out.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There is a retrospective evaluation of the following points: • Coding of the fracture (by hand Coding in the case management system in the KAS) • Type of radiological diagnosis (X-ray vs. CT, in KAS) • Concomitant injuries (on hand findings of the Daignostik) • gender, age (from discharge letter) • accident history (from discharge letter) • coding department (from discharge letter) • Therapy recommendation (from discharge letter) • Conservative or operative care (from discharge letter) • Differences between the assessment of the participating departments (comparison from discharge letter vs. radiology report vs. coding) • Profitability calculations (from DRG data of the coding from KAS) • Data on the incidence of the individual injuries of the shoulder girdle according to ICD 10 code (S42.01, S42.02, S42.03, S43.1, S43.2) (provision as requested by the Federal Statistical Office)
