Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with an acute need for medical advice and/or treatment who visit/contact the initial contact points at the model sites.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No application of software-based initial assessment necessary (other needs) or possible (e.g. language barriers)
