Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients >= 18 years - Moderate to severe plaque-psoriasis - Currently on systemic psoriasis treatment - Either suspicion of joint involvement or diagnosed PsA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with non-plaque psoriasis - Patients not on systemic treatment - Patients not willing or able to give written informed consent

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of the study is to describe the implementation of screening tools and monitoring measures for PsA in dermatological centers. Execution of screening: Proportion of centers using the following screening measures - Predictors (e.g. nail involvement) - Screening questionnaires - Patient interviews - Physical examination - Imaging procedures For patients with diagnosed PsA: a) Proportion of sites that are informed about - characteristics of PsA b) Proportion of sites that monitor (regularly): - laboratory parameters - disease activity - functional impairment - radiographic status

Secondary objectives are: 1.) To identify the extent and preferences for various procedures performed by different dermatological sites related to patient care of PsA-patients and 2.) To uncover patient characteristics
