Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18 and older 2. people with migration background, either immigrants or refugees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute suicidality 2. Acute psychoses 3. Current psychotherapy 4. Acute drug/alcohol dependence
