Group 1: Orthopedists that are subscribed to the „Orthopädievertrag § 73c SGB V” and want to participate in the evaluation study are asked to complete an online-questionnaire with respect to 5 -10 pat

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for orthopedists: - registered to the „Orthopädievertrag § 73c SGB V” at least since 2016 - medical treatment of at least 5 patients meeting the inclusion criteria (index diagnosis, registered to the „Orthopädievertrag § 73c SGB V”, >= 18 years)

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for orthopedists: - no written consent to participate
