Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young male subjects who workout in athletic sports regularly (e.g. Fitness/Gym, weightlifting, powerlifting)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Existing contraindications for contrast agent o Known intolerance for SonoVue® or other ultrasound contrast agents o Cardiac Right-to-left shunt o severe heart failure (NYHA III and IV) o uncontrollable hypertension o severe pulmonary hypertension(>90 mmHg) o acute respiratory distress syndrome o taking Dobutamine while suffering cardiovascular instability o severe pulmonary diseases, in particular severe obstructive pulmonary diseases, ARDS. • Known diseases of the vascular system, liver, kidneys or gastrointestinal tract • smokers • Regular consumption of L-Citrulline, L-Arginin, or Vaso6™ within the last 7 days before CEUS-examination • Consumption of caffeine or nicotine within the last 12 hours before CEUS-examination • physical workout within the last 24 hours before CEUS-examination • adults incapable of consent, missing letter of agreement, or rejection of participation
