Survey of the context of out of the geriatric assessment (Determination of the Cumulative Disease Rating Scale (CIRS), Nursing Care Needs (VIP), Medical Care Needs (VSAN), Activities of Daily Living (ADL), instrumental activities of the Daily Life (IADL), Mini Nutritional Assessment Short Form (MNA-SF), Exton Smith Scale (ESS), Mobility Barthel Index (VMOB), Barthel Index: Basic Activity of Daily Living (VADL) and Short Questionnaire Mental Condition (SPMSQ)) yielded the Multidimensional Prognostic Index (MPI) with the prevalence of aortic valve stenosis in elderly, multimorbid patients. 2.
