Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older; caucasian ethnicity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic steroid therapy within the last month Asthma COPD GOLD III/IV Diabetes mellitus Current pregnancy or lactation Active tuberculosis (currently or previously) Respiratory infection within the last month Antibiotic therapy within the last 2 months Immunosuppression (acquired, iatrogenic, hereditary) Condition that prevents participation as jugded by the investigator Member of any research group participating in the project
