Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Particpants must be at least 18 years of age and receive a long-term anti-coagulant therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded are patients with dementia and patients who have low German language skills and who are unable to understand the study information and its implications.
