Group 1: Nonrecurring patient survey with a questionnaire consisting of the Cardiac Anxiety Questionnaire (CAQ), the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and a partial score of the Screening I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary heart disease Not pensioned sufficient language skills age between 18 and 63 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute cardiac decompensation underlying disorders psychotic disturbances acute suicidal tendency

1. Patients with self-reported psychological support needs differ in the assessment of prognosis of work from patients with assessment-detected psychological support needs (not self-reported). 2. Patients with cardiac anxiety according to CAQ differ in their subjective assessment of prognosis of work from patients without cardiac anxiety. 3. Related to the CAQ, the HADS offers the possibility of differential diagnostics by considering the test subscales. 4. Patients with self-reported psychological support needs differ in terms of sociodemographic and clinical characteristics from patients with assessment-detected psychological support needs (not self-reported).	—
