Group 1: approx. 9 Destination Therapy Patients implanted between September 2019 and April 2020 in Oldenburg Group 2: 6 Destination Therapy Patients who live between nine and fifteen months with an LV

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - The patient was implanted with an LVAD. - The patient is undergoing destination therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - The patient is not fluent in German. - The patient is younger than 18 years.

MeasureTime frame
This study aims to explore the psychological burden of LVAD patients. Therefore, in-depth interviews will be conducted using an interview guide.
