Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in cellular biology caused by dietary interventions are examined in human material (blood, urine, stool) by genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. Biosampling is performed before and after the diet.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The omics-analyses are correlated with clinical characteristics of the participants (age, sex, BMI, comorbidities, medication).
