Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in the right hemisphere - subacute phase of stroke (7 - 70 days after stroke) - > 18 years of age - visuospatial neglect symptoms - right handed - able to understand the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe alcohol or drug abuse - severe psychatric disease - stroke - severe cognitive impairment - visual impairment - psychotrophic medications - pregnancy - severe traumatic brain injury - metal within the skull - pacemaker - simultaneous participation in another intervention trial
