Group 1: Clinical examination at start of the study, endoscopy with biopsies (2013-2018). No further control if no ELP was diagnosed. Further controls in patients with severe ELP in the departments of

18 Years to 105 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female persone mit cutaneous lichen planus who agreee to perform upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing informed consent of the patients. Contraindications against an endoscopy, e.g. respiratory or cardiac failure.
