Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: german speaking, owning a smartphone, internet access, gastrointestinal symptoms, stable medication over the investigation period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current psychotherapy, capacity to consent, current suicidality, dose changes in the medication, substance abuse, more severe mental disorders (e.g. psychosis)
